Do you suffer from Stress & Anxiety?

According to Beyond Blue around 1 in 5 women in Australia will experience depression in their lifetime, and around 1 in 8 females (13.0%) are already reported to having an anxiety-related condition.

Women are known for putting everyone else first. Our families, our children, our careers and our businesses take priority…. we often leave our health (including mental health) to last on the list.  I know this, because it happened to me.  I struggled to juggle “keep everything together” and a few years ago I broke from all the stress in my life. ​

Now, I am compiling research to find out why women do this? Because what I’ve realised after going through this journey if WE aren’t “functioning” then the rest of the family won't be functioning well either! Our feminine energy sets the tone for the house, the relationship the working environment. I believe when we are calm and emotionally resilient we create a ripple effect in the world.

This survey is about "Me - asking You" about your personal experience with stress and anxiety
  • How are you dealing with stress in your life right now?
  • What is the main area of your life that causes you stress?
  • What challenges do you face?
  • When did you first experience anxiety?
  • What ways do you find works to deal with your stress?

This survey is 100% anonymous.
