If not now... then when? How much longer can you keep operating at this level of surivial mode? Having come back from total burnout (twice!) if there’s one thing I’ve learnt the hard way, it’s that you don’t want to have to reach rock bottom before reaching out for help. In order to be the best mum, wife, employee, sister, friend… we need to deal with our stuff. No one else is going to do it for us. So, with that, I’d ask… if not now, when?
