How is Mindset Coaching different to everything I have tried?

​If you’re anything like me, talking about your problems over and over again doesn’t really help. You want facts and tools to move forward. You want a fast and lasting change. 
 
You’ve maybe already dealt with GPs, counsellors, psychologists or maybe even a life coach… but the outcome has felt like something was missing or left you sceptical that change is even possible.
 
And here’s what I’d assure you – as someone who has been in similar shoes, I tried all the things! I’d lost hope. But it wasn’t until I discovered NLP and the power of timeline therapy that things started to change. And, coupled with the support, accountability and guidance of my 1-1 services, you will find that my services aren’t your typical coaching sessions… there is an added element of mentoring, and there's a difference. You're going to have me in your corner, helping you along the way.

What is NLP?

NEURO-LINGUISTICS PROGRAMMING
Is the modality of coaching I have been formally certified and trained in
  • NLP is the study of the mind (neuro), of language and the way we speak (linguistics), and our programming (why behave/react the way we do)
  • This style of coaching looks at how our past experiences and core beliefs form our thoughts, negative self-talk, limiting behaviours and actions
  • As an NLP and TimeLine Therapy Practitioner I have been trained to help you discover the root cause triggering your emotions and road blocking your success
  • In the NLP we believe that everything begins in the mind, therefore you have the ability to succeed at anything you want in your life by simply reprogramming your core belief system and shifting to positive langauge - ultimately creating a growth mindset

Is now the right time?

If not now... then when? How much longer can you keep operating at this level of surivial mode? Having come back from total burnout (twice!) if there’s one thing I’ve learnt the hard way, it’s that you don’t want to have to reach rock bottom before reaching out for help. In order to be the best mum, wife, employee, sister, friend… we need to deal with our stuff. No one else is going to do it for us. So, with that, I’d ask… if not now, when?
