Have you ever heard the saying "What you think about, you bring about?" It's actually true. What we think about creates our reality.

The way we speak to ourselves matters. If we are constantly filling our minds with negative thoughts, then we bring about negative experiences. When we continually focus on the lack, talk down to ourselves and speak about "all the things" we DON'T WANT – we actually GET MORE OF THE SAME!

Affirmations are thoughts, ideas and stories, that we use as a way of positively "reprogramming" our conscious mind in order to change our reality. 

Why affirmations work?

Affirmations are a free and easy tool you can begin using to change your everyday reality. Reprogramming your emotions, perceptions (how you experience the world), personal relationships (to be more nurturing, loving, compassionate) social interactions and behaviour. The best part is where your focus goes – energy flows!

With consistent daily practice of using affirmations, by journal writing or speaking them out loud, the more powerful they become – expanding your awareness, attracting and manifesting everything you desire, and creating self-belief.

How do I use affirmations?

When I first began my personal development journey – I had so many questions about affirmations ?

Every personal development book I read told me how powerful affirmations are… all the great speakers talk about how affirmations are the game changer to mindset – but they didn't seem to come with an instruction manual!

I was left wondering… am I doing this right?

This is why when I give you my personal list of daily Positive Affirmations, I also give you:

1. Instruction on how to successfully apply the affirmations to your life with my personal 5-step process sent directly to your email.

2. Follow-up support to make sure you have everything you need to see change.

What's different about my affirmations?
