If we consistently feed our minds with worry, negative thoughts and worst-case scenarios - guess what follows? More stress and anxiety. Life and situations also feel hard! As fear rises and we fixate on all the things we DON'T WANT to happen – the universe listens and we often end up with more of the SAME.

How do affirmations work?
Affirmations function as a mindset tool – aimed at shifting your thoughts, beliefs and narratives from a negative tone to a positive one.
They have been written and designed to positively "reprogram" our conscious mind, shifting your internal dialogue. Using this positive language framework, your thoughts are empowered without negative, resistance or emotionally charged words. Where your focus goes – energy flows! Affirmations prime your mind for the good. The best part is they are easy to use, and with consistent practice you have the power to change your everyday reality! How do I start using affirmations?
At the start of my mindset journey, I was flooded with questions about affirmations. While all the personal development books emphasised their immense power, coaches and speakers like Mel Robbins shared how affirmations were the ultimate mindset game-changer. But, oddly there seemed to be no instruction manual included! I kept thinking: "Is this working? Was I on the right track?". This is why my collection of 130+ daily Positive Affirmations comes with:
