At the start of my mindset journey, I had so many questions about affirmations. Every personal development book I raed praised their power, and speakers like Mel Robbins called them a mindset game-changer. But no one really explained how to use them effectively! I kept wondering, "Am I doing this right? Is this actually working?"

What's different about
Janel's ​Positive Affirmations?

Janel’s affirmations are different because they’re intentionally crafted for women experiencing a life quake or major life transition. Women who are rediscovering themselves after burnout, overwhelm, career and relationship challenges.

These affirmations help you reconnect with your identity, rebuild confidence, and strengthen your belief in what’s possible.

For years, I battled self-doubt, perfectionism, and burnout—chasing success but never feeling enough.

It wasn’t until I hit my breaking point in 2016 that I realized the real work wasn’t external... it was internal! There was something I could do to shift my own mindset.

Affirmations became a powerful tool I used daily to rewire my thoughts and rebuild my confidence. With consistency they helped to create lasting change, and have become a practice I still use in my morning routine today!
