As a recovering perfectionist and workaholic, wife, mother, corporate career woman who battled anxiety and imposter syndrome and came back from total emotional and mental burnout (twice!) I know what it's like to wake up every day feeling not good enough. I've come to realise the root of every limiting habit, behaviour or negative thought we have is essentially fuelled by a fear. Failure, uncertainty, the unknown, rejection, abandonment, vulnerability, criticism, disappointment, lack of control... all induce daily stress and anxiety.
