As a recovering workaholic, perfectionist, wife, mother, entrepreneur and anxiety warrior who has come back from total burnout (twice!), I believe the root of every limiting habit, behaviour or negative thought you have is essentially fuelled by a fear. Failure, uncertainty, the unknown, rejection, abandonment, vulnerability, criticism, disappointment, lack of control... all induce daily stress and anxiety.
