I carried that fear-of-failure mindset from my 15-year corporate career into my own business… and hit a mental health rock bottom in 2017, that was a huge wake up call. Everything changed after I rebuilt my belief system and transformed my 'perfectionist mindset' by trading fear and guilt for self-compassion.
