Janel Briggs is the founder of Thrive Mindset Coaching, where the key focus is helping women in high pressure roles learn ways to naturally relieve daily stress, anxiety and overwhelm. After battling her own workaholism, imposter syndrome and perfectionism for many years in her corporate career, in 2017 Janel found coaching beneficial to reprogram the patterns of behaviour and mindset that continually lead to her professional and emotional burnout. Janel now dedicates her time to helping women to recover from burnout, create strategies for prevention, and rebuild  self-confidence.
