​The truth is… so much of our inner world dictates our outer world. Whilst this can and should be such a powerful thing, so often along our journeys, we can unintentionally embrace beliefs that keep us stuck, limited, or in self-protection mode.
 
The good news is you can change this… I know because I’ve done it… for myself and for countless other women who were in similar circumstances.
 
Today, as a certified NLP Practitioner and trained mindset coach, I have put together a range of 1:1 and group coaching services, online courses and personally developed resources, that are designed to help you uncover the root beliefs that are infecting your ability to make good, healthy decisions so you can live a life more aligned with your true values and goals.

My mission is to work with women in Australia and Singapore to ease their anxiety and stress, to begin truly living their best life.

​I empower women to break free from their fears and finally rebuild a mindset that allows them to thrive again.

​There have been multiple times in my life that I have hit burnout and felt overwhelmed by stress and anxiety.

Seasons where I spent all my time worrying about everyone else's happiness, attempting to be the "perfect" wife, mother, daughter, and friend. 
 
As a corporate career woman and later a business owner I ran from my fears daily – fear of not being good enough, smart enough, experienced enough. 

Scared to fail, worried about what other people would think of me, and totally stressed out and exhausted by my own negative thoughts.

Talk about rock bottom

One day, it all came to a standstill. Completely overwhelmed with the stress from holding everything together (and everyone else up) I found it hard to get out of bed and couldn't stop crying. I had no motivation to do anything. My relationships were suffering, my health was suffering… I felt like I was losing myself.
 
I knew at that moment I had to make a change. I could no longer do this alone.
I needed guidance and support.

The moment it all changed

Referred to an incredible mindset coach who introduced me to new ways of thinking and healthy mindset practices, and within a matter of 12 weeks my life began to thrive.
 
  • I reconnected with who I was under all the layers of negative self-talk and fear.
  • My self-belief and confidence grew, and I rebuilt my life.
  • I created the happiness and contentment that I always wanted, but never knew how to achieve.
  • I found self-love and connection and I watched my relationships flourish.
  • I learned to let go of the past and shift my mindset to thrive.
 
My family and friends could see the tangible difference… and the best thing is, it was change that lasted. Since then, I’ve embraced change with ease, including picking up my family and business and making the move from Australia to start a new chapter in Singapore. As a firm believer that nothing is ever wasted, I have dedicated my life to becoming an expert in how to cultivate a Thrive Mindset, so that I could help others like me, in Australia and beyond access the same support and freedom in life.
