There are moments in life when everything you’ve built suddenly feels uncertain...
|
The career you worked so hard for, no longer fits.
The relationships you once thought solid and relied on, shifted, brokedown or fell away. And the version of yourself you thought you’d always be, suddenly feels lost to you. I know these feelings well. From the outside, my life looked “successful”. I had a 15yr long corporate career, worked and lived internationally, a wonderful husband and son, and had all the external markers of achievement. But beneath the surface, much of my self-worth was tied to external validation - I lived under this relentless pressure to do more, achieve more, be more for everyone else... believing that MY WORTH had to be earned. |
And then life intervened.
Over the last decade I've experienced multiple 'LIFE QUAKES'
|
Challenging situations where chronic stress from significant life events cracked the foundation of the life I'd built.
All of these experiences forced me to slow down, let go, or start over when I wasn’t ready for change. Each time, something familiar fell away. And, I had to ask the same question: |
Who am I now... without the titles, the roles I played, the validation?
Losing Yourself… and Finding Your Way Back
|
The first time I truly felt this identity loss was after becoming a mother. Slowing my career to focus on family left me feeling unanchored in ways I didn’t expect.
Without my work (and the external validation that came with it) I felt lost, overwhelmed, and unsure of who I was becoming. Later, burnout, grief and loss forced a deeper reckoning. What began as physical exhaustion from 'holding it all together' ended up being mental and emotional burnout that lead to a rock bottom with my mental health. But it was also, a turning point. An invitation to rebuild my life from the inside out. And an opportunity to ask for help. That rebuilding changed everything. It led to self-acceptance, self-trust and a grounded sense of identity that didn’t disappear when life happened. |
Why I do this work...
|
Today, I mentor women who are standing in that same space. The messy-middle of "big life changes".
Women who are capable, intelligent, and resilient - yet quietly questioning themselves after a setback, transition, or unexpected change has rocked their foundation. Women who are navigating:
Women who are on the brink of a new chapter, but feeling lost or uncertain about the path forward. And they don’t necessarily need fixing - they need guidance, support, perspective, and someone who knows the terrain. |
My experience |
Over the past 8 years, I’ve coached more than 500+ women 1:1 globally, guiding them through periods of reinvention, identity loss, anxiety and uncertainty and most importantly rebuilding self-worth.
I’m a certified NLP & Time Line Therapy® Practitioner, Clinical NLP Coach, Meditation Coach, Author and blogger. As you know by now, I bring personal lived experience to this work. I’ve rebuilt my life multiple times. I’ve lived on three continents (Australia, Singapore, USA) and moved overseas at different life stages. I’ve navigated burnout, grief, identity collapse, and reinvention. And I’ve learned both personally and professionally exactly what it takes to create a life and career that feels aligned again after everything has changed. |
If You're Here Now...
You may not be, or feel like, who you were five years ago. And that's OK.
You may be facing the unkown, or challenges that seem so big they feel all consuming.
And that uncertainty may feel super uncomfortable - even overwhelming.
But I want you to know, this chapter as hard as it's been likely has many many valuable life lessons.
The biggest learning is that you're outgrowing an old version of yourself, which is one of the reasons it feels so uncomfortable.
But, what if this chapter is about becoming the woman you were always meant to be? With unwaivering confidence, self-trust, passion and purpose?
If my story resonates:
