What is your Inner Critic?

Your Inner Critic is that sometimes small (or loud!) voice inside your mind that is constantly reminding you have you are wrong, bad, inadequate, or unworthy. Often making you feel like you are never going to be good enough.

What does she sound like?
  • You can’t do that

HOW DOES THIS ONLINE SESSION RUN?
This workshop is run in a group format via Zoom. However, the process you do to uncover and release your inner critic is done through personal reflection. There is no expectation for you to share openly with the group any personal details, unless you are open to learning through shared experiences!
