  5. empowering new belief that builds your self-assurance
  6. Release your limitation and empower your mind
  7. Call in the guidance of your “inner mentor”– the wise woman inside of you!

Your Inner Critic is that sometimes small (or loud!) voice inside your mind that is constantly whispering how wrong, bad, inadequate, or unworthy you are. Often making you feel like you are never going to be good enough.

HOW DOES THIS ONLINE SESSION RUN?
This workshop is run in a group format via Zoom. However, the process we go through to uncover and release your inner critic is done through personal reflection. There is no expectation for you to share openly with the group any personal details unless you are open to learning through shared experiences!
