Sleep is extremely important for overall health and well-being. Good sleep allows our brain to process the days information, our body to rejuvenate, and relax our nervous system.
Often, sleep doesn't come easy! Specially when we are feeling anxious from the days worry and stress.
When you have trouble sleeping keep this bookmark close by - read and follow the instructions to help you calm your anxious mind.
