According to Beyond Blue anxiety is the most common mental health condition in Australia, on average 1 in 4 women will experience anxiety in their lifetime (1 in 5 men). 

If you are looking for a way to naturally relieve your anxiety meditation is a helpful tool. Sitting in stillness for a few minutes can literally feel like refreshing the internet browser of your mind.
