Stress & Anxiety Survey
Do you suffer from stress and anxiety?
According to Beyond Blue anxiety is the most common mental health condition in Australia, on average 1 in 3 women will experience anxiety in their lifetime (1 in 5 men). It is said that anxiety conditions may develop from one or more stressful life events.
Women are known for putting others first, we often leave our health to last on the priority list. Our families, our children, our careers and our businesses all come first...
Why is this?
I am currently researching this topic and would love to hear about your history with stress and experience with anxiety in a short online survey
Positive Affirmations List
Affirmations are thoughts, ideas and stories, that we use as a way of positively "reprogramming our consciousness" in order to change our reality.
Have you ever heard the saying “What you think about, you bring about”? It is actually true. What we think about creates our reality. If we are constantly filling our mind with negative thoughts, then we bring about negative experiences.
When I first began working with affirmations I really had no idea how to start and felt very confused! What do I say? How do I use them? Which ones are the best ones to use?
