How do I know if I'm 
experiencing Anxiety?

Research tells us that 1 in 3 women will experience anxiety in their lifetime. Anxiety is more than just feeling stressed or apprehensive. It's when your negative thoughts and worries begin to affect your daily life:
  • Feeling extremely nervous, restless or tense when you think about something, typically in the future​
  • Your worry thoughts become uncontrollable and cause you distress, or sleepless nights
  • Your body experiences rapid breathing, excess sweating or even trembling
  • You are exhausted from all the think, think, thinking overthinking every worst possible scenario
