8 Week Intensive Coaching Program

​This program is about reconnecting you to your true self, the woman you are under all the layers of self-doubt, criticism,
worry and fear. I help you to release the past and all of the conditioning, limiting beliefs, and negative thought patterns that no longer serve you. To create a more emotionally resilient growth mindset, empowering you to feel good enough, smart enough, and worthy for the love and happiness you deserve!

Everything Begins in the MIND

Our mind is a powerful tool. It can either help us achieve all that we want in life - OR - it can block us from the EVERY single THING we desire. This mentoring program is about helping you to shift your mindset back to THRIVE!  You'll learn how to:

  • Reduce stress and stop overthinking everything in your life
  • Free yourself from crippling negative self-talk 
  • Let go of feeling responsible to "fix, manage, and control” everyone in your life 
  • Stop worrying about other people’s​​​ opinions of you and giving away your power
  • Overcome anger and resentment ​to become more emotionally resilient
  • Release the negative emotional patterns of judgement, guilt and shame 
  • Overcome your fear of failure, rejection and abandonment
  • Learn to be present, find balance and reconnect​ ​with your joy
  • Detox from negativity and learn new create healthy mindset habits - introduction to mediation, positive affirmations, and mindful morning journalling
8 weekly private coaching sessions held one-on-one via video conference.
