You don’t need a formal label. If you feel lost, stuck, overwhelmed like you’ve lost your spark or don’t quite recognize yourself anymore, this program can help you find clarity, confidence, and direction.
How are the sessions delivered, and how long is each session?
All sessions are private 1:1 calls delivered online via Zoom, so you can join from anywhere in the world. Each coaching session is 90 minutes, giving us plenty of time to go deep without feeling rushed.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes! Choose between a one-time payment (at a small discount) or a 3-month payment plan for a more flexible option. Note: all prices quoted are in USD and every new client will receive a welcome pack.

What if I can't make all 8 weekly sessions consecutively?

That’s okay! We’ll create a flexible schedule that works for you. Most clients space sessions weekly, but we can also accommodate fortnightly sessions to integrate the work.

What makes this different from therapy?
Coaching is predominantly future-focused, with practical tools and strategies given in each session to help you move forward each week with personalized accountability. This program is designed to help you clarify who you are now, release any roadblocks, and help you to rebuild your confidence. While therapy often explores the “Why” our work also asks “What’s next? And, what are the action steps to get there?”.
