It takes a perfectionist to truly understand a perfectionist’s mindset and behaviors. We operate differently from most people around us, often caring more about everything. The smallest details, doing things the “right” way, overthinking making sure there is always a bakcup plan (A, B, C, and even D!) … it all matters deeply to us. Which is why we feel so much pressure and wonder why no amount of effort ever feels like enough.
I created this program specifically from my own "recovery" journey in 2017, where I broke free free from a lifetime of perfectionism, overthinking, imposter syndrome, and the anxiety-fueled burnout that came with them. The shift in my life and work was so profound that in 2018 I changed my career and became an NLP and TimeLine Therapy® coach . For the sole purpose of helping other perfectionists out of the 'anxiety-burnout cycle' that consumes us. All the tools I share in this program are ones I’ve used in my own life - and with my clients - to empower and inspire thousands of women worldwide to step into their full potential, own their worth, and lead with confidence.

What is the time commitment?
This program is what is called a coaching "intensive" for transformational change. Sessions are 90 mins in duration and held weekly.
We are saying good-bye to old habits and welcoming the new! The concepts and topics shared in session are amazing and life changing(!) but you'll also need space between sessions for you to practice and implement what you learn. Week one and two are probably the most time-taxing as we focus on adding daily mindfulness habits to your life to help you become more present. Following that your weekly homework will require an hour or so per week, depending how deep you would like to take the assignment. The choice is always yours.

Once we've had our initial discovery call to get to know each other and your program is confirmed, we will book in your first session.
Following that you'll receive a series of onboarding client forms and a questionnaire to complete. Forms and payment must be returned within 48 hours to confirm your program. There is no other pre-work required, other than coming to each sessions with an open mind - ready to learn and grow!
