Anxiety! There is really nothing worse than living your life in a constant state of fear and worry. I have been there, many times.
That 5am wake up thinking about all the things, all the things. That clench in your stomach, a tightness in your chest, as your mind ticks over (and over!) worrying about every possible thing... going wrong. Fearing how will it go? What will happen? What if this...? What if that...?

The first time I ever really knew I had Anxiety was after my son was born – for the first time in my life I felt completely out of control and the fear and worry about "getting it wrong" and something bad happening was overbearing.
Prior to that I didn't know I really had anxiety. Constantly overthinking about the future, events, people, and attempting to plan, fix, manage and control everyone and everything - was just how I lived my life.
What I have come to learn is that anxiety is the body's response to our fear based thinking. When we do the work to in our mind to clear up our fearful thoughts and reprogram our triggers - then we can have a completely different outcome!

Note: People in emotional crisis or dealing with mental illness, generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), or PTSD often find more comfort in therapy than coaching. If you anxiety relates to any type of trauma and you have not as yet started working with a medical professional/psychologist, then that would perhaps be a great first step. You can speak to your local GP Doctor for a referral. As an NLP Certified Mindset Coach I am not trained to treat illness or addictions, and I do not prescribe medication. I work best with women who have explored and worked through trauma previously, and women who are ready for coaching to shift old patterns and beliefs triggering your anxiety with a 100% focus on action to move your forward.
