Limiting beliefs are the beliefs that we have about ourselves and our self-identity. Through childhood we adopted our belief systems from our parents, family, schooling and typically the environment we grew up in. It is the time when we have taken on another persons, or generations opinion of who we are, and what our life "should" be like. 

When a self-belief becomes limiting is when there is judgement or limitation we have taken on that is not in alignment with our true nature and who WE ARE.

The good news - beliefs are just thoughts, and our thoughts can be changed! This session will help you to take the first step in uncovering and shifting a limiting belief that is no longer serving you in your life.
