Sometimes I think the 'Coaching' industry in general gets a bad rap. Maybe that's because there are so many different approaches and promises out there
that it can feel 'too good to be true.' It’s natural to be skeptical of how those results can even be achieved —especially if you’ve never experienced real coaching before. ​But essentially, having a 'coach' is like being guided by someone with insider knowledge—a person who can help you get from A to B faster and with more clarity than if you were figuring it out alone.
