All products ship from Victoria Australia via Australia Post within 48 hours on business days. Australian orders for a single journal is $11 flat rate. New Zealand $15. Singapore, USA, and UK $21.50. Please note shipping price will increase slightly the more journals you purchase (based on weight of goods). There is a maximum journal purchase of 2 for international orders at this stage.

I've made it my mission to infuse this journal with good energy, and bring you a morning ritual that offers ease and perspective.
Based on my own experience, I designed it to prioritise your self-care before the start of your day. I understand how debilitating stress and anxiety can be. I used be paralyzed by the overwhelm struggling to "do it all" – managing work, a business, family, relationships, children, my dog. Everything and everyone else's priorities came first. I felt resentment, fear, guilt and totally disconnected to myself. This morning mindfulness routine changed my life, it made ME a priority again. Helping me change my habits and rebuild my self-belief, one day at a time.
You can Learn to Thrive again too, by taking making 10 minutes of "you time" to journal daily.
